Quad’s Corporate Trainee Program Internship – Chicago

This is a twelve-week internship located in Chicago, Illinois, within Quad’s award-winning agency, Rise. It is a hybrid program requiring four days per week (Monday-Thursday) in our downtown Chicago office.

About the Corporate Trainee Program Internship

The Quad Corporate Trainee program places Interns in a client services role within departments at Rise, a full-service Media Agency of Record. This program offers interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry and learn Rise’s business model.

Possible Roles and Development Opportunities

CTP Interns may be placed in various client services roles within Rise, including:

• Media
• Media Planning
• Analytics
• Growth
• Partnerships
• Project Management
• And other related areas.

In addition, interns will have opportunities to:

• Engage in special projects.
• Connect with senior leaders within Rise and Quad.
• Participate in all summer Trainee events, including Speaker Series, Town Halls, and other development opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related majors.
• Entering junior or senior year at the time of the internship.
• If currently residing outside of Chicago, relocation to Chicago for the duration of the internship is mandatory.
• Must possess U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the U.S. with no additional sponsorship required for the maximum duration of the program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in marketing, business, customer service, printing/publishing, or sales.
• General job or volunteer experience.
• Involvement and leadership in extra-curricular campus activities or non-profit organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly rate between $16/hr and $19/hr, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
