We specialize in critical areas such as emergency landslide repair, slope stabilization, rockfall mitigation, and critical infrastructure resilience. Our core mission is clear: to protect communities and infrastructure through unparalleled innovation, speed, and technical excellence. As a rapidly expanding organization, we are actively seeking engineering interns who aspire to more than just a summer job; this program is specifically designed to cultivate future leaders capable of advancing into full-time engineering roles at GSI.

The Opportunity: IT Intern

As an IT Intern at GeoStabilization International (GSI), you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, gaining invaluable hands-on experience by supporting the essential systems, tools, and technologies that drive a leading geohazard mitigation contractor. This 11-week hybrid internship, based out of our Denver, CO headquarters, offers a unique chance to collaborate with seasoned IT professionals across diverse functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and support, thereby strengthening both your technical skills and business acumen.

Each intern benefits from being paired with both a dedicated manager and a mentor, who provide continuous guidance, technical development, and career support. A significant portion of your internship, approximately 60%, will be dedicated to a comprehensive Capstone Project. This culminates in a formal presentation of your findings and recommendations directly to GSI’s executive leadership team. This is a profound opportunity to contribute meaningful work, develop crucial professional skills, and showcase your potential to launch a successful career with GSI.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 11 weeks (Summer 2026)
  • Location: Hybrid from our Denver, CO headquarters (in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday & Friday)
