What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support the technical needs of software applications, including testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Modify: Modify and troubleshoot desktop imaging processes for both Windows and Mac machines, with a specific focus on Mac systems.
• Create: Create software packages utilizing deployment tools such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager/Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Maintain: Maintain SQL Server databases by executing basic queries, verifying data accuracy, and assisting with routine database tasks.
• Coordinate: Coordinate special application projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration across the firm.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A student currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Proficiency with current Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office. Understanding of networking concepts, SQL Server database concepts, and basic scripting or programming.
• Skills: Strong writing and analytical skills, ability to adapt to change and multitask, and an approach to problems with ownership and innovation.
• Bonus: Understanding and support experience with cloud-based (SaaS) solutions, familiarity with AI tools and prompt writing, and experience with low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps.
