Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in extensive sales training, covering crucial aspects such as pre-call planning, detailed analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Actively prospect potential new clients during dedicated weekly prospecting sessions.
- Effectively manage inbound phone calls from companies interested in learning more about the Paycom solution.
- Create accurate quotes for potential client leads utilizing our proprietary database system.
- Collaborate closely with your office sales manager, intern program manager, and the broader team of sales representatives to observe and understand the entire sales cycle from inception to close.
- Diligently track all prospecting activities, leads, meetings, and daily tasks to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
- Engage in weekly professional development and sales training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Travel to the local Paycom sales office and surrounding areas for essential in-person sales meetings, requiring reliable transportation.
