As An Edison Research Intern, You Will:

  • Apply your academic knowledge and experience to real-life technical problems within an industrial research setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current or upcoming enrollment in a full-time Masters Degree program in one of the following STEM disciplines:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Materials Science/Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Chemistry
    • Or a related STEM discipline.
  • A demonstrated passion for research and development, coupled with strong critical thinking, scientific reasoning, data analytics and interpretation, and teamwork skills.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. This role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY.

  • Exceptional academic performance with demonstrated prior research experience.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience, especially in an industrial research environment.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

This position will be posted until at least July 22, 2025.
