Summer Internship Program

Our Summer Internship is specifically designed for students leading into their final year of university who are eager to gain valuable, real-life work experience within a fast-paced, exciting, and professional environment. As a Summer Intern, you will benefit from comprehensive onboarding with our University Relations (UR) team, ensuring you are set up for success from day one. The program also includes professional development sessions, invaluable networking opportunities, and engaging social events. This enriching 10-week program runs from June – August 2026.

Your Role: Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with satisfied customers on renewing their contracts.
  • Proactively calling expired accounts to win them back.
  • Efficiently managing team inboxes.
  • Shadowing our Customer Success Specialists to learn best practices for identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • A Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Strong detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • A genuine willingness to learn about technology and its applications.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.

The posted pay range reflects an hourly base rate. When extending an offer of employment, Veeam considers the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, the scope of responsibility for the role, and current market demands.

United States of America Intern Pay Range: $18 – $22 USD per hour
