eCommerce Intern – Spring 2026 Semester

Retrofête is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic eCommerce Intern for the Spring 2026 Semester. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working cross-functionally across our customer service and e-commerce departments, while also learning valuable real-world styling practices.

Key Responsibilities: Styling Support

  • Work one-on-one with our stylist to create custom looks for VIP customers and assist them in order setup.
  • Assist with maintaining consistent communication via email and text for all VIP/Potential VIP Clients.
  • Demonstrate an eagerness and willingness to over-exceed customer expectations when delivering information.
  • Assist customers with sizing and fit needs, including understanding international sizing conversions and knowledge of preferred fit per body type.
  • Report back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to product fit/design.
  • Act strongly with sales, offering an incredible experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations

  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize product placement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service

  • Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and feedback, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Must have a clear understanding of the Retrofête brand and aesthetic.
  • Must have a passion for the Fashion Industry and knowledge of current trends.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
