As a Content Designer Intern within our Training capability, you will be involved in meaningful work and hands-on experiences, contributing significantly to our learning materials and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with LMS Administration:
  • Uploading courses and learning materials.
  • Managing user accounts and tracking progress.
• Utilize AI Tools for Content Creation:
  • Applying prompt engineering to generate course descriptions, quizzes, and summaries.
  • Creating interactive learning content and visuals using AI-powered tools.
• Support Video Production:
  • Filming and editing training videos.
  • Adding captions, transitions, and audio enhancements to video content.
• Collaborate on Creative Content:
  • Designing graphics for courses and learning modules.
  • Developing storyboards and scripts for video content.
• Maintain Quality Assurance:
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality across all learning materials.

Qualifications and Experiences:

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:

• Education: Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.

Skills, Competencies & Characteristics:

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following:

• Technical Skills:
  • AI prompting and content generation.
  • Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Clip Champ, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for media and content creation.
  • Knowledge of video production techniques.
• Creative Skills:
  • Graphic design fundamentals.
  • Storyboarding and scriptwriting.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of camping and the RV industry is a plus.

Dometic operates with a 4+1 policy, requiring 4 days per week in the office with the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely.
