Brittain Resorts & Hotels invites motivated students to participate in our comprehensive Hospitality Operations Internship Program, located in the vibrant coastal metropolis of Myrtle Beach, SC. Welcoming over 10 million visitors annually, Myrtle Beach provides a dynamic environment for aspiring hospitality professionals. This program is designed to offer a hands-on, immersive experience, equipping interns with invaluable skills and real-world exposure across various facets of resort operations. Interns will work closely with experienced leaders, contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the guest experience, and gain a clear pathway toward future career opportunities within Brittain Resorts & Hotels. All internships are compensated, allowing interns to earn while they learn and enjoy the perks of a summer on the shore.

What You’ll Experience

As a Hospitality Operations Intern, you will gain comprehensive experience through:

    • Guest Services
    • Housekeeping
    • Maintenance
    • Food & Beverage
    • Homeowner Services
    • Leadership
  • Direct exposure to day-to-day resort operations and guest experience management.
  • Mentorship from experienced hospitality leaders.
  • Opportunities to shadow property leadership and participate in meetings and walkthroughs.
  • Collaboration with teams on real operational initiatives.
  • Completion of a capstone project focused on improving guest experience or operational efficiency.
  • An engaging intern experience that includes team events and opportunities to build lasting connections within the industry.

Working Conditions
