Key Responsibilities:

• Meetings / Trainings: Dedicate approximately 25% of your time to participating in various meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and understanding.
• Discipline Specific Tasks: Engage in core tasks related to Marketing & Advertising, accounting for about 35% of your work.
• Intern Project: Contribute to or lead a significant intern project, comprising 20% of your internship duties.
• Organization: Spend 10% of your time on organizational tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
• Administrative: Handle various administrative duties, making up the remaining 10% of your responsibilities.

Who Should Participate?

• Field of Study: Currently pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
• Academic Standing: A rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program (associate’s or bachelor’s) with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Interests: A keen interest in media, advertising, research, and/or analytics.
• Skills:
  • An analytical thinker with excellent math skills.
  • A passion for telling compelling stories using data.
  • An experienced Excel and/or PowerPoint guru.
• Values: An advocate for and supporter of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Belonging.
• Logistics: Must be able to work onsite in our New York or Los Angeles office locations at your own expense for the full duration of the internship.
