This is a detailed job description for the Management Intern position at Menards.

• Job Title: Management Intern
• Employment Type: Part-Time

• The core of this role is a paid, hands-on, 12-week Management Internship program.
• The program is specifically designed to develop and prepare interns for a future in Retail Management.
• Throughout the internship, interns will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Role & Responsibilities (through the Internship Program):
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business model and operations.
• Collaborate with various management levels and team members.
• Acquire and strengthen crucial professional skills including organizational skills, communication skills, and time management skills.
• Gain practical, hands-on management experience.
• Be prepared to transition into a management role within the company upon successful completion of the program.
