Job Description: Operations Intern, Swainsboro, Georgia

This is a hands-on learning experience designed for future leaders in the wood products industry, located in Swainsboro, Georgia.

What the Intern Will Do:
• Gain hands-on experience across the full scope of mill operations.
• Support both production and quality control.
• Assist with daily tasks.
• Analyze data and help solve operational challenges.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving process flow, efficiency, and product quality.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build practical skills that extend beyond classroom learning.

• Currently working towards a degree or diploma in relevant fields such as:
• Wood Products Processing
• Business
• Operations Management
• Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical)
• Any industry-related degree/diploma.
• A strong commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise.
• A desire to perform hands-on work in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excitement to wear work boots and live in tight-knit communities.
