Job Description: Internship Opportunities (Summer 2026)
HPC Industrial is offering INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES within their Industrial Services team for the summer of 2026. This program is specifically designed for students who are passionate about maintaining a sustainable environment and are eager to gain hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas fields.
Role Purpose & Focus:
The internship is for individuals who want to see their ideas come to fruition, offering participation in all aspects of the business to acquire knowledge crucial for their post-graduation careers. A significant focus of these roles is to collaborate with business leaders to cultivate a culture of positive employee relations and enhance employee engagement within the company.

Responsibilities:
As an intern, your general responsibilities will include:
• Prioritizing Health & Safety by strictly adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and consistently acting in a safe manner.
• Consulting with line management, offering expertise, particularly in change management.
• Building trusting relationships across the company by spending time in the field to understand critical business challenges firsthand.
• Learning company policies and procedures, organizational development training programs, career development strategies, employee relations, and other relevant training programs.
• Strategically collaborating with business leaders, and potentially deploying programs, to understand and improve employee engagement, retention, and reduce turnover (including updating policies).
• Undertaking any other responsibilities assigned as part of your specific internship program agenda.
Qualifications:
To be considered for these internship opportunities, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
• Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an accredited university.
• Preferred Degrees: Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Petrochemical, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation, or Project Management.
• GPA: A minimum GPA of 2.5 or above.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Involvement in university-sanctioned extracurricular activities is considered a plus.
• Work Experience: Prior work experience is preferred.
• Graduation Date: Must be currently enrolled in one of the preferred degree programs with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the employer for a visa.
