Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Department: Product Management

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of key product areas within our [specific product line, e.g., AI-driven analytics platform / consumer-facing mobile application / B2B SaaS platform]. This pivotal role involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and research through development, launch, and post-launch iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive significant business value and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product area, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
Market & User Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive landscaping, and in-depth user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
Requirements Definition: Translate strategic objectives and user insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary product lead, collaborating closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, and other cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle (discovery, design, development, QA, launch).
Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track key product metrics (KPIs), analyze product performance, and leverage data-driven insights to inform iterative improvements and future product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and release plans to internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment and managing expectations.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role, specifically within [relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, B2B software, consumer tech].
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum), web and mobile technologies, APIs, and data architectures. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Proficient in data analysis and making data-informed product decisions.
User Empathy: Demonstrated passion for understanding user problems and designing elegant solutions, with experience in user research methodologies and design thinking.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
