• Mission: This program’s mission is to provide Summer Analysts with a vigorous 9-week introduction to Chase’s diverse business units and operations, focusing on value-add projects with real-life customer impact, while also preparing them for potential full-time rotational leadership roles.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk/reward related business decisions, and assess and forecast profit.
• Product Development: Drive product development through its complete lifecycle, from testing and iterating to measuring performance and marketing new features.
• Project Management: Manage high-visibility project management efforts for Chase’s brands, including comprehensive marketing and media initiatives.
• Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate and quantify business strategies to ensure alignment with critical regulatory controls.
• AI Solutions: Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve customer/stakeholder experience, ensuring appropriate model evaluation and responsible AI controls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. A strong interest in supporting future financial products and services is also required.
• Experience: This early career program requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, demonstrating foundational technical skills for business analysis and communication.
• Skills: Essential skills include exceptional analytical capabilities, strong technical learning acumen, robust interpersonal and communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Candidates should also be proactive, team-oriented, professional, and possess the courage to tackle challenges.
• Bonus: A minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0 is preferred. Relevant coursework in fields such as Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business is a plus.
