### About the Job: Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern position at Qualus is designed to help “Power your Future” within the company’s HR team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain practical experience in human resources, particularly in HR data management and job description administration.

Primary Objectives:
The intern’s main goal is to support the HR team in maintaining data accuracy within the HR Information System (HRIS) and to assist with job description management.

Key Responsibilities:
The intern will be involved in a variety of tasks crucial for HR operations:

1. HRIS Data Accuracy and Reporting:
Pulling and reviewing reports to check employee data for accuracy and completeness within the HRIS.
Conducting audits of data fields to ensure high-quality and consistent information.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives specifically related to HR reporting, aiming to enhance efficiency and reliability.
2. Job Description Management:
Supporting the organization, updating, and maintenance of job descriptions.
Identifying roles that are missing job descriptions or require updates to existing content.
Assisting in the preparation and posting of job descriptions, ensuring they are ready for recruitment purposes.
3. Collaboration and Compliance:
Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure overall data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Qualus is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools such as UKG, SAP, or Power BI.
• A demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new systems or software.
Key Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Availability: Able to work on-site 2 days per week, with flexibility based on the intern’s class schedule.
