This is a three-year rotational program at Zebra Technologies, offered in a hybrid work environment. • Mission: To gain comprehensive financial experience through rotations across business operations, financial planning, accounting, and internal audit functions under the Chief Financial Officer.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Participate in P&L reporting, perform variance analysis, and support the creation of key management reports with appropriate narratives and explanations.
• Project Assistance: Assist with ad-hoc projects of moderate scope, supporting the development of financial reporting by analyzing project data and outcomes.
• Accounting Operations: Execute critical month-end closing activities, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly journal entries, comprehensive account reconciliations, and investigation of any reconciling items.
• Internal Controls & Audit: Participate in documenting business processes through flowcharts, execute testing of internal controls to identify exceptions, and assist senior auditors in summarizing audit findings.
• Financial Partnership: Partner with various functions across the organization, acting as a dedicated Finance Contact to provide in-depth financial knowledge and support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, indicating an entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Possess a high degree of accuracy, confidence in meeting deadlines, strong analytical abilities, and advanced Excel and database proficiency.
• Bonus: Successful completion of a Zebra internship.
