What You’ll Actually Do
• Expense Review: Review and analyze people-related expenses, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and taxes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analyses comparing actual people costs to established budgets and forecasts.
• Reporting: Create and maintain reports on headcount, people cost, and people-related metrics for leadership, supporting both routine and ad-hoc requests.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist in budgeting and forecast analysis for people costs, tracking changes, and ensuring data integrity for headcount projections.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Skills: Possesses a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Exhibits a self-starter attitude, resourceful in tackling assignments, proactive in taking initiative, and positive when navigating ambiguity.
