Description:

This is a paid, full-time summer internship within the National IT – Client Services – End User Services – Digital Workplace – Windows Engineering team. The internship focuses on supporting the Windows platform using tools like Intune, SCCM, and Bigfix. Specific responsibilities include:

Windows Product Homepage Refresh: Updating the Digital Workplace Windows Product Homepage to better serve customers and stakeholders.
Windows PC Hardware Model Refresh: Coordinating with vendors to introduce the next generation of PCs to the Federal Reserve System.
Windows Endpoint Cloud Migration: Assisting the Digital Workplace Windows Team in migrating Endpoint Management workloads from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
Windows Product Development: Collaborating with the Digital Workplace Windows Product Team, Scrum Master, and Product Owners to improve the delivery of products and services using product management best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Currently pursuings:

• Entry-level experience and proficiency in the field.
• Ability to balance workload between job profiles and requirements.
• Good time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize when faced with competing requests/issues.

Preferred Currently pursuings:

• Undergraduate student entering their junior or senior year.
• Information Technology or Computer Science degree preferred.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week). Some additional hours may be required.
