The Tone:
This is a part-time, in-person Internship/Volunteer position at Find Community Connection Project, requiring a commitment of 10-30 hours per week. FCCP is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to youth empowerment, professional development, financial literacy, and impactful community initiatives for underserved populations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in website management and digital systems within a nonprofit setting. The Intern/Volunteer will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing FCCP’s digital presence, directly supporting essential online fundraising efforts, volunteer recruitment processes, and robust data tracking. This work is vital for amplifying FCCP’s mission through storytelling, visibility, and targeted digital outreach.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Website Management: Update and manage FCCP’s website using the Wix platform.
• Digital Systems Monitoring: Monitor website security, performance, and ensure regular backups are maintained.
• Online Fundraising Support: Provide support for online donation tools and their integration with fundraising efforts.
• Performance Analysis & SEO: Track website analytics to identify trends and implement improvements for Search Engine Optimization.
• Community & Data Administration: Manage volunteer sign-ups and the website inbox, alongside maintaining event and volunteer tracking spreadsheets.

• Background: A student or professional who possesses an interest in web management or technology fields.
• Experience: Familiarity with the Wix platform is beneficial, or a strong willingness to learn and master its use is required.
• Skills: Must be detail-oriented and organized, particularly for managing digital content, volunteer information, and tracking data.
