This Webmaster full stack internship is integral to enhancing the foundation’s digital footprint and ensuring its online platforms are current, engaging, and reflective of its important work. The intern will directly support the foundation’s outreach by developing and maintaining websites that effectively showcase children’s artwork and communicate the foundation’s diverse programs and initiatives to a broad international audience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• New Website Development: Engage actively in the entire process of developing new websites, from initial stages through to deployment, ensuring they meet the foundation’s strategic objectives.
• Existing Website Management: Systematically update, maintain, and enhance the foundation’s current portfolio of websites, addressing both content and technical requirements.
• Cross-functional Design Collaboration: Serve as a key interface between web development and design teams, working directly with UX/UI designers to align technical implementation with user experience goals.
• Design Tool Integration: Apply foundational knowledge and practical skills to integrate design specifications and assets, particularly those created using Figma, into functional web pages and applications.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a student in a college or university, pursuing a degree or program with a focus on web development, computer science, or a closely related digital field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in a project-based setting or academic environment that involved direct collaboration and communication with UX/UI designers.
• Skills: Proven familiarity and practical working knowledge with Figma, understanding its capabilities for design hand-off and collaborative project workflows.
