ICAF

Established in 1997, ICAF serves as the national arts organization for American children and a global platform cultivating youth creativity and mutual empathy, essential foundations for a prosperous and peaceful future. We organize the Arts Olympiad, the world’s largest school art program designed to overcome the “4th-grade slump,” and the quadrennial World Children’s Festival, known as the “Olympics of children’s imagination.” Held at the National Mall, the 2026 festival will also be a historic celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary through the eyes of children.
