• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot web browser issues and explain technical ideas to peers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree (in progress or completed) in any major, with classroom-level coding skills.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; knowledge of at least one open-source CMS platform (e.g., WordPress).
• Skills: Familiarity with PHP/MySQL and knowledge of IDEs like Eclipse.
