What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Curation: Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to curate and validate website content for each section requiring updates.
• Content Refinement: Rewrite and refine website content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s messaging and branding guidelines.
• Update Implementation: Coordinate closely with the website/IT team to support and track the final implementation of content updates.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and manage data related to website content and updates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. This internship requires a foundational understanding of principles related to website content management and the importance of accurate data organization. Candidates should be ready to contribute to professional communication and digital presence.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. The role benefits from any prior exposure to coordinating content updates or managing digital information.
• Skills: Strong data management and documentation skills, enabling meticulous organization and tracking of website content; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for coordinating stakeholders and refining content; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), crucial for various administrative and content-related tasks.
• Bonus: Prior exposure or experience working with CRM systems, which can streamline content workflows; Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite, offering an advantage in understanding visual content requirements.
