Job Description:

ARA’s Emerald Coast Division in Niceville, Florida, is seeking a Weapons Modeling & Simulation Intern to join its Weapon Physics Group. The Weapon Physics Group consists of scientists and engineers involved in research and development in physics-based modeling and simulation, weapons effects, conventional munitions fuzing technology, detonation physics, and model optimization. The team uses numerical tools to gain insight into complex physical phenomena and develop predictive modeling and simulation capabilities for customers like the US Air Force and other DoD clients.

The intern’s primary responsibility will be to organize references and sources into a well-defined EndNote Database. This includes gathering references from various sources, consolidating them, organizing them effectively, and gathering all the required information for complete and accurate citation entries. The position involves working under direct supervision but requires independent judgement and discretion to achieve task objectives.
