What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operations: Provide engineering support for industrial operations and various projects using engineering principles.
• Analyze Data: Conduct experiments, analyze collected data, and prepare comprehensive reports on findings.
• Improve Processes: Collaborate with engineers and operations staff to enhance existing processes and resolve identified issues.
• Implement Solutions: Identify operational trends, recommend improvements, and develop trials based on operational needs.
• Hands-on Maintenance: Work directly with mechanical systems and perform maintenance tasks alongside operators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering degree program.
• Experience: Strong mechanical aptitude with maintenance knowledge.
• Skills: Effective communication; collaboration; comfortable performing hands-on work in an industrial environment.
• Bonus: GPA of 2.7 or higher.
