Role Highlights

  • Client Engagement: Build and strengthen client relationships through networking, portfolio management, and consistent communication.
  • Financial Strategy Development: Assess client goals and risk tolerance to craft tailored strategies and provide clear recommendations.
  • Product & Service Consultation: Present solutions that align with each client’s unique financial needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent skills and work experience.
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
  • Personal Attributes: Values-driven with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client interactions.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to positively impacting lives.
  • Collaboration: Ability to learn from and partner with top performers.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Training & Development

Equitable Advisors is committed to your professional growth, offering extensive training and development opportunities:

  • FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and State Life & Health).
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): A 120-day, hands-on training program designed to equip you with foundational skills.
  • Virtual University: Continuous learning through our dedicated online platform.
  • Mentorship: Opportunities to collaborate with experienced professionals.
  • Personalized Coaching: Ongoing guidance from a local Vice President for career growth.
  • Leadership Development: Access to our Leadership Development School for aspiring leaders.
  • Professional Growth: Encouragement and support to pursue advanced industry designations, including CFP®, ChFC, and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign-On Payment: $250–$1,000 upon signing the PEP agreement, based on timely completion of licensing requirements.
  • Stable Pay: Upon completing PEP, become a 20th Edition financial professional with up to 24 months of biweekly stable pay ($35,500 annually, based on a structured 40-hour workweek).
  • Commissions & Bonus: Opportunities to earn additional income through performance.
