What You’ll Actually Do
• Industry Insight: Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and assigned tasks.
• Skill Development: Develop crucial business, financial, and analytical skills needed for a career in global wealth management and financial services.
• Team Support: Provide marketing and sales assistance to branches and their respective teams.
• Market Analysis: Perform market research activities to gather relevant information.
• Business Exposure: Gain direct exposure to the wealth management business, including its products, services, and clients’ financial needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with preference given to those actively pursuing a college degree.
• Experience: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this limited-duration internship, which has a maximum duration of ten months.
• Skills: Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal abilities, both in written and verbal forms. The capacity to work effectively within a team environment. Strong analytical capabilities combined with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Bonus: A preferred qualification is bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. Candidates should also possess a strong desire to deepen their understanding of the global wealth management business.
