The Tone:
This is an entry-level, remote role with Torentify, a nationwide wealth management firm established in 1999. The firm serves clients across the United States, managing over $4 billion in assets, and focuses on building long-term client relationships through sound financial principles. This position is a foundational entry point, vital for developing the next generation of financial professionals through structured mentorship, education, licensing, and career advancement within the wealth management sector.

The TL;DR

• Team: Supports the wealth management team, with a reporting line towards Vice President Leads.
• Mission: This role prepares professionals to become licensed financial advisors and contribute to client wealth management and new client acquisition.
• Tech Stack: eMoney, Salesforce/Practifi, Orion, and custodian platforms

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training & Licensure: Successfully complete assigned training to prepare for and pass the Series 65 and Life & Health insurance examinations.
• Program Completion: Complete an 8-week advisory training program, developing comprehensive knowledge of the financial advisory process.
• Client Engagement: Attend client meetings with VP Leads to gain practical, hands-on wealth management experience and learn client experience standards.
• Team Support: Provide administrative and client service support to the broader wealth management team and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Career Progression: After licensure, support new-client acquisition, work towards a target of $5,000 in self-generated revenue, and demonstrate progress toward a Vice President role.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Entry-level career stage, with no specific prior experience mandated for this foundational role.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and client service abilities, high attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: 1–2 years of office experience; knowledge of securities or insurance industries; understanding of financial planning, products, and services; or a demonstrated interest in a long-term career in wealth management.
