Job Title: Warehouse Replenishment Buyer (Summer Associate)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Replenishment Buyer to join our team as a Summer Associate. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring product availability and supporting operational excellence, particularly as we transition through a significant system upgrade and testing phase.

Responsibilities

  • Review forecasts and generate accurate purchase orders to vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor and follow up on late shipments and resolve shortages to minimize disruption.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at improving processes and supporting team goals.
  • Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams during the system upgrade and testing period to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective time management organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Energetic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse replenishment.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and forecasting tools.

Work Details

  • Location: On-site
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
