• Mission: Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Promptly and warmly greet dining room guests, taking food and beverage orders efficiently while following established steps of service.
• Order Fulfillment: Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards, and following up on guest needs.
• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations and accommodating requests for specialized diets.
• Operational Support: Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period, keeping the area clean and neat while meeting sanitation standards.
