The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Drive buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements from inception to completion.
• Engage: Facilitate discussions with senior client executives and management teams of target companies.
• Manage: Oversee and develop team members, including Analysts and Associates, throughout engagements.
• Advise: Review target company financial information and data to identify historical and projected trends, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt considerations, and potential liabilities impacting valuation.
• Report: Draft and review tailored transaction advisory reports focusing on normalized earnings, budget achievability, operational insights, indebtedness, and post-transaction working capital analysis.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license; Managerial professional with core expertise in M&A financial due diligence.
• Experience: 6+ years of financial due diligence experience, or a combination including at least 4 years of financial due diligence, preferably gained at a Big 4 firm.
• Skills: Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), exceptional analytical abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Healthcare transaction advisory experience, familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, and other data analytics packages, and a willingness to travel for engagements.
