What You’ll Actually Do
• Pre-Production: Assist with all stages of pre-production planning for various video projects.
• On-Set Support: Provide comprehensive on-set assistance, including organizing equipment, supporting camera and audio setups, and helping with lighting.
• Post-Production: Conduct post-production tasks such as logging footage and preparing basic edits under guidance.
• Production Management: Help maintain production schedules and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Content Preparation: Support content preparation for digital platforms, manage files, and perform quality checks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student level with foundational knowledge or coursework in film, video production, media, or a related field, showing interest in both narrative and commercial content.
• Experience: Basic skills in camera operation, audio recording, and lighting, or a strong willingness to learn and practice on set; familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and file organization; effective communication and collaboration skills; professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project-based experience is a plus; reliable transportation to Cleveland, OH for on-site work and ability to accommodate a hybrid schedule.
