What You’ll Actually Do
• Guide Investment Strategy: Oversee the company’s investment strategy and capital deployment to support growth and operational excellence.
• Assess Opportunities: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and lead rigorous due diligence processes for new initiatives, partnerships, and expansion.
• Craft Portfolio Plans: Design and implement portfolio strategies that align with Synerge’s long-term business objectives.
• Advise on Funding: Collaborate with senior leadership to assess financial performance, forecast returns, and recommend funding priorities for manufacturing expansion, technology upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure Sound Stewardship: Establish investment policies, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure sound financial stewardship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Executive-level experience with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent) and strong expertise in Investment Management.
• Experience: A proven track record of managing portfolios or capital projects, including leadership in a senior finance or investment role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Skills: Strong expertise in Investment Management, financial modeling, valuation, capital budgeting, and rigorous due diligence for new initiatives.
• Skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing investment strategies that align with business growth and risk tolerance.
• Skills: Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Professional certifications such as CFA.
