What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Leadership: Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements.
• Process Management: Manage transaction processes from engagement through closing.
• Financial Analysis: Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and management presentations.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor Analysts and Associates on live transactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Manager-level professional with core domain knowledge in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity, or related experience.
• Experience: 5-8+ years of relevant experience, with strong M&A execution experience and valuation expertise.
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling, accounting, strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Bonus: Mortgage finance, specialty finance, or financial institutions experience preferred.
