This is a full-time role at BTIG, located in New York, NY. This Vice President position is crucial for supporting the Investment Banking team in M&A and Strategic Advisory, ensuring efficient deal execution and client support. BTIG provides an entrepreneurial platform focused on growth companies, combined with the analytical rigor and transaction experience typically found in larger investment banks.

• Mission: Lead deal execution and provide professional guidance to junior team members while supporting senior bankers and clients across all investment banking activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Coordinate capital raise and advisory transaction processes.
• Materials: Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for client meetings.
• Analysis: Lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, and industry-specific business development presentations.
• Diligence: Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions.
• Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior investment banking professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-Senior Level. Core domain knowledge in investment banking activities, including equity and debt offerings, M&A, and strategic advisory.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in investment banking, with demonstrated involvement in capital raise and advisory transactions.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency with Bloomberg, CapIQ, and firm-sponsored AI tools, FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
