What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee the creation of financial models, marketing collateral, and client presentations.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence to execute M&A transactions effectively.
• Prepare and deliver marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, and management presentations as required.
• Perform comprehensive valuation and various ad hoc financial analyses.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors while supervising and mentoring junior staff.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution, coupled with advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant investment banking experience, including extensive operational, financial modeling, and valuation expertise, alongside hands-on M&A transaction experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities; excellent verbal, written, public speaking, and presentation communication skills; and the capacity to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
• Bonus: Direct transaction experience within the Healthcare or Technology industry.
