Investment Banking Vice President 1/2 Healthcare Services M&A (Middle-Market) | Prospect Rock Partners

This role is crucial as the Vice President will act as the day-to-day “quarterback” on live M&A transactions, managing all aspects of the process from pitch through close. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading junior team members, engaging directly with clients and their advisors, and playing a central role in new business generation for the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Lead all aspects of M&A transaction processes, serving as the primary day-to-day contact on live deals.
• Oversee: Direct the development and delivery of marketing pitches, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Direct: Guide historical and projected financial analyses, valuation work, and specialized analytical projects.
• Execute: Coordinate and perform business due diligence and finalize M&A transactions end-to-end.
• Develop: Supervise, mentor, and foster the professional growth of junior staff members.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution, possessing advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and valuation methodologies essential for investment banking.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant investment banking experience, specifically including hands-on M&A execution across multiple transaction types and extensive operational financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong public speaking and presentation capabilities. Proven ability to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
• Bonus: Prior sector exposure to Healthcare Services or adjacent healthcare end markets is considered a plus, along with US Citizen or equivalent status.
