What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Execution: Execute comprehensive transaction support for senior bankers across IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and M&A deals in the healthcare sector.
• Financial Analysis: Lead financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research to inform transaction strategy and client recommendations.
• Documentation Management: Manage the meticulous preparation of marketing materials, pitch presentations, offering memoranda, and transaction documentation.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on healthcare companies, including financial statement analysis, business plan assessment, and competitive landscape evaluation.
• Client Relationships: Serve as the day-to-day client contact throughout transaction processes, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Vice President-level professional with significant investment banking experience, preferably within healthcare or life sciences sectors.
• Experience: At least 5 years of Healthcare/Life Sciences Investment Banking experience, with demonstrated proficiency in transaction execution and financial analysis. Current FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required.
• Skills: Highly proficient in financial statement analysis, advanced financial modeling, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and robust verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bonus: An MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced degree/credentials are desired.
