This Vice President position is crucial for supporting this growth, enabling the firm to continue leading complex transaction execution, fostering the development of junior bankers, and playing a pivotal role in driving the ongoing success of its active healthcare M&A franchise. What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Execution: Lead the comprehensive execution of investment banking transactions from initiation through closing.
• Junior Banker Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior bankers, providing direction and fostering their professional development.
• Growth Contribution: Play a key role in driving and achieving growth objectives for the firm’s active healthcare M&A franchise.
• Deal Process Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of deal processes, ensuring efficient and effective transaction flow.
• Team Management: Oversee junior team members, delegating tasks and ensuring their contributions align with deal objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An accomplished Vice President level professional with a deep specialization in Investment Banking, specifically demonstrating expertise in the M&A domain. This role requires an individual who can integrate into a premier investment banking platform.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of 6+ years of progressive investment banking experience. This must include extensive and demonstrated M&A transaction execution experience. Candidates must also possess U.S. work authorization, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage complex deal processes, strong capabilities in leading and developing junior team members, and robust client-facing and overall leadership skills essential for high-level investment banking interactions.
• Bonus: Strong preference will be given to candidates who possess prior transaction experience specifically within the healthcare services sector.
