The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at StockX, located within one of its global verification centers. StockX is a Detroit-based technology leader with over 1,000 employees globally, operating a powerful platform that connects buyers and sellers of high-demand consumer goods from around the world. Utilizing dynamic pricing mechanics and real-time data, the platform offers market visibility for items across verticals like sneakers, apparel, accessories, electronics, collectibles, and trading cards, featuring hundreds of brands including Jordan Brand, adidas, Nike, Supreme, BAPE, Off-White, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, LEGO, KAWS, Bearbrick, Pop Mart, Sony, Microsoft, Meta, and Apple. • Pay: $16 hourly
• Team: Verification Operations Team, reporting to Site Leadership
• Mission: Inspects footwear, streetwear, and collectibles to ensure authenticity and meet StockX standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspect and Verify: Inspect and process a wide range of products including footwear, streetwear, and collectibles such as textiles, electronics, and energy categories, meticulously adhering to strict standards of condition and verification to ensure authenticity.
• Process Improvement: Proactively collaborate with site leadership and other team members to identify, suggest, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in verification operations.
• Operational Support: Provide essential support to the broader operations team by assisting with inbound and outbound functions as directed and aligned with business needs.
• Site Cleanliness: Actively contribute to upholding and maintaining the cleanliness standards and processes within the verification center.
• Safety Adherence: Play a part in contributing to and maintaining overall site safety standards, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.

• Background: Entry-level professional.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work well in teams, good communication skills.
• Bonus: 0-3 years of experience in assessing value and risk of footwear, streetwear, and collectibles; Fashion retail background.
