The Tone:
This is a pivotal summer intern position at Quanta Ventures Fund, offering a unique opportunity to directly influence the growth of a cutting-edge organization. Quanta Ventures Fund operates as a venture studio, distinctly combining the functions of a hedge fund, a venture capital fund, and a startup incubator, with a primary focus on identifying and nurturing AI-driven opportunities. This role is paramount as the intern will lead the initiative to establish the company’s Venture Capital arm, working directly with the CEO to build out critical infrastructure and communities. What You’ll Actually Do
• Infrastructure Development: Build out the Venture Scout infrastructure, creating a global platform for individuals to submit innovative startup ideas.
• Community Cultivation: Develop and foster a future founder community, leveraging data to identify and connect individuals most likely to create successful startups.
• Opportunity Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential startup opportunities, applying a rigorous data-driven and A.I.-first analytical framework.
• Technical Implementation: Utilize advanced A.I. tools and development expertise to rapidly and efficiently construct necessary digital tools and websites for the venture arm.
• Strategic Initiative Leadership: Take the lead on this critical initiative, working hand-in-hand with the CEO to launch and expand the company’s venture capital operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student, ideally possessing a Computer Science (CS) background.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging A.I. tools to quickly and efficiently develop functional tools and websites. Candidates should have a clear track record of applying AI in practical development scenarios, showcasing a strong ability to build.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in A.I. tools, strong capabilities in website building, robust data analysis skills, and an A.I.-first analytical mindset for evaluating opportunities.
• Bonus: A proven history of attaining excellence in any demanding field, such as high-level academics, competitive sports, debate, chess, or olympiads.
