The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time Internship (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm)
• Location: In-person Clearwater, FL
• Mission: This role provides hands-on experience in hospital finance operations and contributes to the accurate management and analysis of financial data.
What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger: Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts and hospital statistics.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze statistical and financial reports.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile hospital bank accounts.
• Audit Support: Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Budgeting: Support the development of annual operating budgets.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or near completion).
• Experience: A recent graduate or a student nearing completion of their degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, seeking real-world experience in hospital finance. Must reside in FL.
• Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
