Job Description, Detailed:
Job Title: Validation Engineering Intern
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Learn about automotive Infotainment architecture and associated validation/testing methods.
• Learn and then perform Infotainment validation test plans. This includes both static tests and dynamic on-the-road tests on in-vehicle Infotainment systems.
• Document issues discovered during testing and collaborate with suppliers to resolve these issues.
• Execute established Infotainment validation test procedures, and actively make improvements to these procedures as needed.
• Learn the process of writing comprehensive validation test reports.
• Prepare and submit an end-of-internship report, which should highlight key takeaways and provide suggestions for the team.
What You Will Bring to the Role (Required Qualifications and Skills):
• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a closely related field of study.
• Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with Infotainment features and systems.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated root cause analysis skills.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, self-management, and organization skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Driving Requirement: Possession of a Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record.
