UX/Graphic Designer | Beltone
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Beltone. Beltone aims to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms for its users. This role is crucial for moving beyond entry-level execution to contribute strategically to UX, research-informed design decisions, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization. This position requires initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to be creative and flexible in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

• Mission: To translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, usable digital and print solutions that are consistent with brand guidelines.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to the end-to-end UX design process, encompassing discovery, research synthesis, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and apply UX best practices.
• Design and execute a wide range of marketing materials, including web, email, direct mail, social, and print graphics and strategy projects.
• Oversee the creative development of the company website design, emails, landing pages, and submission forms, providing strategic direction for the web platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A designer who has progressed beyond entry-level execution and is ready to contribute meaningfully to UX strategy, research-informed design decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience: Proven experience in applying UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability principles to all design work. Demonstrated ability to create high-fidelity designs that balance aesthetics with usability and brand consistency across digital and print media.
• Skills: Proficiency in visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy) and interaction patterns. Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders and collaborating effectively with multiple parties. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bonus: Capable of providing copywriting suggestions and proofing all materials for grammatical or typographical errors.
