About the Role:
Dice, the leading career destination for tech experts, is assisting our client, Pyramid Consulting, Inc., in seeking a talented and motivated UX Designer / Production Artist for an immediate contract opportunity. This early career role is ideal for individuals looking to make a significant impact within a leading financial industry client.
The successful candidate will be a key contributor in creating and refining design components, ensuring they are optimized for various platforms and accessibility standards. You will work closely with an existing Art Director in a milestone-driven environment, offering flexible hours. This position is particularly well-suited for agency freelancers or contract UX/UI talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and refining component variations across different platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Ensuring all design components meet accessibility standards and best practices.
- Collaborating closely with an existing Art Director to align on design vision and project goals.
- Contributing to a design process that is milestone-driven, with flexible hours.
Key Requirements & Technology Experience:
- Strong Design Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design capabilities and production artistry is essential.
- Component Variation Experience: Proven experience in creating component variations for desktop, mobile, tablet, and accessibility-checked versions.
- AEM Components (Strong Plus): Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components is highly advantageous.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively and closely with an existing Art Director.
- Independent & Self-Motivated: Expected to manage work based on milestones rather than fixed hours.
- Location: LA-based candidates are preferred for time zone alignment and occasional onsite collaboration.
