The TL;DR

• Tech Stack: Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS design principles and guidelines, Android design principles and guidelines, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and develop user experiences for a wide array of digital products and services, effectively spanning both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs and business requirements into actionable and effective design solutions.
• Apply: Utilize a strong understanding of design systems and adhere to best practices to consistently ensure high levels of usability and coherence across all digital projects.
• Communicate: Effectively present design concepts, articulate feedback, and foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and team members.
• Organize: Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and time-management capabilities, consistently prioritizing tasks efficiently within a dynamic work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, establishing a foundational understanding relevant to user experience design.
• Experience: Requires proven UX design experience specifically for digital products or services, with a mandatory professional portfolio showcasing work across both web and mobile platforms.
• Skills: Demonstrated working knowledge and practical experience with key design and development technologies including Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS and Android design principles and guidelines, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Bonus: The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for both collaborative teamwork and independent work, showcasing self-motivation and discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting design concepts and engaging with stakeholders. Furthermore, robust organizational skills, including multi-tasking and efficient time-management, are highly valued in a dynamic work environment.
