Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: Proven UX design experience for digital products or services is essential.
• Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing your UX design work for both web and mobile platforms is required for consideration.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge and practical experience with the following technologies and software:
  • Figma
  • Sketch
  • HTML
  • CSS (SCSS)
  • iOS (design principles and guidelines)
  • Android (design principles and guidelines)
  • Design Systems
  • Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Collaboration & Autonomy: Ability to thrive as a team player, actively contributing to group projects, while also possessing the self-motivation and discipline to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for presenting design concepts, providing feedback, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities, coupled with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
