About the User Operations Internship:

Bigo Live seeks a User Management Intern to join its user team. The ideal candidate is dependable, knowledgeable, and possesses a strong drive to uncover business intelligence and insights. The internship is a minimum 6-month full-time commitment, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and company needs. The role is 3 days per week in the office (10250 Constellation Blvd. Century City, Los Angeles 90067).

Responsibilities:

User Analysis: Conducting field studies and phone interviews to analyze user behavior and needs. Assisting the team in improving the existing SVIP program.
App Store Reviews: Managing and troubleshooting iOS app store reviews, providing customized support to users.
SVIP Event Management: Creating and designing promotional materials for SVIP events.
Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of the CDMX (Mexico City) team.
Merch Operations: Assisting with merchandise shipping and package coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to utilize data for informed business decisions.
• Adaptability and effective collaboration with team members.
• Comfort in client-facing roles and strong multitasking skills.
