Intern – US Marketing Community Professional Channel | Dermalogica

This is a paid, part-time internship at Dermalogica, located local to the company’s US office in a hybrid capacity. This role is crucial for supporting the US Marketing Professional Channel team with daily needs, engaging the professional community, and contributing to the brand’s expansive growth journey.
The TL;DR

• Location: Hybrid, local to Dermalogica’s US office
• Pay: $18.50 hourly
• Team: US Marketing Professional Channel team
• Mission: Support the US Marketing Professional Channel team with day-to-day needs, community engagement, and project execution to strengthen brand presence and impact across professional skincare industries.
• Tech Stack: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to community awareness campaigns specifically for the professional (PRO) channel.
• Engage: Build connections and respond to community questions across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Assist: Provide daily task and project support to the US Professional Marketing team, serving traditional PST, medical aesthetics, national/corporate accounts, and esthetic schools.
• Create: Help in the development of gift sets, branded merchandise, and support event marketing programs through both planning and on-site execution.
• Maintain: Drive operations for key events by supporting the creation and execution of marketing assets, and keep the business resources site updated with new and relevant content.

• Background: Student with a strong interest in the skincare, health, and beauty industries.
• Experience: Preferred experience in one or more of the skincare, health, or beauty industries.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines; ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently.
